Erin worked for over six years as retail designer and visual manager for Rejuvenation, a high-end lighting, hardware and home décor brand - establishing the company’s first visual merchandising department, directing all store design, signage and product presentation. She led the design of and oversaw the openings of two new retail stores, executed multiple store remodels for existing locations, and established visual policy for all retail channels.
She later worked as a project manager for a commercial sub-contractor, deepening her knowledge of construction industry practices while working with project owners such as Nike, OHSU, Portland State University, Legacy Meridian Hospital, Clackamas Community College, USPS.
At the start of her career, Erin was a professional theatre artist in Seattle, Washington. Primarily a scenic designer, costume designer and charge painter, she also frequently worked as puppet designer/builder, prop designer and carpenter. Her work has been seen on stages all over the greater Seattle area, including Seattle Repertory Theatre, Empty Space Theatre, and Capitol Hill Arts Center.
Erin Eave attended Cornish College of the Arts as a Kreielsheimer Merit Scholar. Double-majoring in scenic and costume design, she earned her BFA [Performance Production] in 2003.
